Should fortune favour you, expect a very special message from our Concierge with instructions on how to collect your prize. Trust me, it’s the call you’ll want to take.

How do I enter?

Who can enter?
All entrants must be over 18.
What can I win?
Each drop gives you a shot at winning a luxury watch or accessory valued at over £10,000. Check our homepage for the make and model featured in the next drop.
How do you select the winner?
An independent random number generator, RandomDraws, selects our winner. No favourites, no funny business.
How many winners are there?
There can only be one winner who enters the Whyners Circle.
How will I know if I’ve won?
We announce the winner on Instagram and TikTok with a callback from our Concierge via email.
How will I receive my prize?
We love an in-person handover in the UK, and we’ll contribute up to £250 toward your travel if you’d like to collect your prize yourself. If not, we offer worldwide delivery (excluding countries listed in our Terms & Conditions). Shipping times can vary, and any customs fees, taxes, VAT, or delivery costs are the responsibility of the recipient. If you have questions about your delivery, our support team is here to help.

You’ll find the date on our homepage, and we’ll announce it on Instagram, TikTok, and through our newsletter.
What is Room 99?
Room 99 is the destination of each drop, enter, and hopefully, the drop will be checked-out by you.
What if we don’t sell enough tickets?
We have a community of guests and expect strong demand, but if entries fall short, we’ll extend the draw window – up to three times maximum.
Is this a lottery or a raffle?
No, WHYN is a skill-based competition, falling under prize competitions and free draws. Winning depends on answering the skill-based question correctly and the Random Draw, not luck alone.
What is a skill-based game?
It’s a quick test of your knowledge, and only guests who answer correctly make it through to the random draw.
